When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
All products sold are of the highest quality and reliability. Every effort is taken to ensure each item is quality checked for damage or faults before delivery to our customers. Please contact within 3 business days if the item is damaged in any way.
We provide the highest quality costume jewellery only. All of our beautiful pieces are either silver, gold and rose gold plated or silver, gold and rose gold coloured metal. The stones used in all of our pieces are either cubic zirconia, Swarovski crystal, rhinestone or crystal. Any typographical error related to this will be accepted by the purchaser as such and no responsibility will be born by Crystal Bay Bridal Accessories.
Expect to receive your order within 14 business days of ordering. You will be emailed a Delivery Notification when your order has been shipped. This email confirmation includes the tracking number. Please note that we can not be held responsible for any delays that Australia Post may encounter with your delivery.
The cost of delivery will vary per order. Delivery costs are based on the number of items per order as well as your location within Australia. Delivery charges are calculated when you proceed to check out from your shopping cart.
Currently, we offer free shipping within Australia. A flat rate of $19 shipping to New Zealand.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors on website or catalogue. We are not responsible for web-site system glitches. In the event a computer “glitch” occurs you will be notified by e-mail to offer you a choice to continue with sale modification or cancel.
We must be notified of any incorrect items within 3 business days of the order being received. If an item you ordered is received as the incorrect item due to an error on behalf of Crystal Bay Bridal we will send a replacement.
If a package is deemed lost by the carrier, no credit or refund will be issued until completion of the claims process.
In the event an order is “Refused”, the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges incurred. The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit will be given for lost packages returned to us.
If an item is received damaged, please contact us via email within 3 business days. Be sure to include a picture of the damaged item, the style number and invoice number. After approval, a replacement item will be shipped.
You must notify Crystal Bay Bridal within 3 days of receipt of the Damaged or Defective Items for return authorisation.
Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices low, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final with no exceptions.
It is your responsibility to check all items upon receipt for defects, miss-matches, fabric, size & colour. All items are not returnable, unless defective.
The payment methods that we accept are Afterpay and PayPal. We do NOT accept COD payments.
